St. Raymond’s Christmas Bazaar

PROVIDENCE — St. Raymond’s, 1240 North Main St., will host their annual Christmas Bazaar, on Saturday, Nov. 5, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the church hall, lower level of the church building. WOONSOCKET — Sacred Heart Harvest Bazaar, 415 Olo St., will be held in the Parish Center, November 5 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., and November 6 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be available on Saturday; only brunch will be available on Sunday. The event will feature a sweet shop, wine booth, penny social, general store, grab bags, craft vendors, kid’s corner, lottery wreath, raffles, gift certificates and split the pot. Harvest Happening ‘Fall into Fun’

WARREN — St. Alexander Church, 221 Main Street, will host a Harvest Happening “Fall into Fun” on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. – noon. The event will include a gift basket bonanza, knitted items, jewelry, handcrafted holiday ornaments and centerpieces. There will also be activities for children. In addition, continental breakfast will be available both days and the Italian kitchen will be serving homemade soup and sandwiches and homemade baked goods.

Holy Family Christmas Bazaar

PAWTUCKET — Holy Family Parish’s Christmas Bazaar at St. Joseph's Church Hall, 195 Walcott St., will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5, 9 - 6:30 p.m. Raffles will include cash prizes, New England Patriots tickets, Patriots tailgate, a Tom Brady shirt and gift baskets. WOONSOCKET — St. Agatha’s Parish, Logee St. and Fairfield Ave., will hold their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring a cash prize grand raffle and a special “Your Choice” raffle. All Saints Christmas Bazaar

WOONSOCKET — All Saints Parish, 323 Rathbun St., will host their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the church hall. The bazaar will feature a $1,035 Gift Card Tree, theme baskets, penny social, Pick-a-Card, Pick-a-Straw, 50/50 drawing, and bake sale. Breakfast, lunch, vendors and much more. PROVIDENCE — Saint Bartholomew Church will host a Parish Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The event will take place in the parish hall, located downstairs from the church at 297 Laurel Hill Ave. There will be handmade items, crafts, baked goods and a religious table, as well as many private vendors. Holy Spirit Church Bazaar

CENTRAL FALLS — Holy Spirit Church, at the corner of Dexter and West Hunt Streets, will host their parish bazaar on Friday, Nov. 4, from 5 – 9 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 5 from 1 – 9 p.m. The event will feature a money raffle, booths and games and giant penny social tables with hundreds of gifts for adults and children. Snowflake Bazaar at Mary, Mother of Mankind Church

NORTH PROVIDENCE — Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., will hold its annual Snowflake Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, Nov., 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the church hall. St. Robert Bellarmine Church Holiday Bazaar

JOHNSTON — St. Robert Bellarmine Church will host a fundraising Holiday Bazaar that will feature food, games, crafts, raffles, a silent auction, and vendor tables in the church hall, 1804 Atwood Ave. on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 12 -4:30 p.m., and from 6:15 - 8 p.m. Proceeds will benefit St. Robert’s Food Shelf, which provides food to all neighbors in need, regardless of religious affiliation. St. Stanislaus Kostka Church Christmas Bazaar

WOONSOCKET — St. Stanislaus Kostka Church will host their Christmas Bazaar on Sunday, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., at Stanislaus Kostka Church Parish Hall, 174 Harris Ave. Special feature booth will have more than 100 prizes. A boutique booth has a variation of items to purchase for early holiday shopping. Games of chance include 50/50, lollipop table, pick-a-Straw and the very popular wheel of cheer. The bazaar will also feature attic treasures, a pastry table and Polish Kitchen consisting of favorite Polish foods to eat in or take out.

Snowflake Bazaar at Sacred Heart Church

WEST WARWICK — Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence St., will host their annual Snowflake Bazaar on Friday, Nov. 4, from noon – 8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. The bazaar will feature arts and crafts, handmade scarves, gloves, penny social, roll-ups, home baked pastries, wine booth, jewelry booth, baskets booth and Mrs. Claus’ Attic. St. Brendan Holiday Bazaar and Turkey Raffle

RIVERSIDE — St. Brendan Church, 55 Turner Ave., will host a Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The event will feature local vendors, including youth vendors, a white elephant table, book table, raffles, penny social, cake decorating contest, children’s games, great food and more. PROVIDENCE — St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., in the church hall, will host their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. The bazaar will feature specialty booths including handmade crafts, gift baskets, bargain treasures, penny social, children’s raffle, fresh baked treats, refreshments and games. There will also be a specialty raffle featuring tickets to entertainment events, electronics and many more prizes. The money raffle includes a main prize of $1,000. WARWICK — St. Kevin Parish in Warwick will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., at Bishop Hendricken High School, 2615 Warwick Ave. The bazaar will feature a cash raffle, hand-crafted items, baked goods, turkey trot, attic treasures, penny social, basket raffles and much more. The Christmas decor booth will feature collectable Christmas houses by Heritage Village Collection, and children can visit with Santa from 12 - 2 p.m. Vendors will also offer specialty items for sale. St. John the Evangelist Christmas Bazaar and Craft Fair

SLATERSVILLE — St. John the Evangelist Church will host a Christmas Bazaar and Craft Fair on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The event will feature crafts, raffles, gifts, food, games. All are invited.

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish Holiday Bazaar and Craft Fair

WOONSOCKET — Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish in Woonsocket will hold its Annual Holiday Bazaar and Craft Fair on Saturday, Nov. 12 in the Norm Malo Hall at Msgr. WARREN — St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, 500 Metacom Ave., will host its annual holiday bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 12 and Sunday, Nov. 13 in the parish hall. ‘Christmas on the Hill Bazaar’ slated for SS. Peter & Paul Church

WEST WARWICK — SS. Peter and Paul Church, 48 Highland St., will hold its annual “Christmas on the Hill Bazaar” on November 12 in the church hall from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The bazaar will feature homemade foods, baked goods, crafts, knit goods, children’s twist games, jewelry, gift certificates, theme baskets, a $100 money tree and a major money raffle. Bazaar on Broadway

PROVIDENCE — The Church of St. Mary presents its annual Bazaar, Nov. 19, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The bazaar will be held in the lower level of the Paul Cuffee School which is located at 30 Barton St., directly behind the Church of St. Mary. Proceeds will benefit the ministries of St. Mary Church. Admission is free. Paradise and Politics: What Does the Ballot Box have to do with Heaven?

PROVIDENCE — An often-heard recommendation advises that there are two topics to avoid in polite company: politics and religion. Join the St. Pius V Young Adults on Thursday, October 27 as it disregards this advice to discuss how voting concerns the grand human task of getting to heaven. More than a mere discussion of contemporary issues or a summary of documents, Father Thomas More Garrett, O.P., lawyer and former congressional aide, will guide a consideration of the moral stakes of voting. All ages are welcome. Adoration and confession begin at 7 p.m. and the discussion will follow at 8 p.m. in the church hall.

‘Truth, Goodness, and Beauty’ event to take place at Cathedral

PROVIDENCE — Servants of Christ for Life and the Portsmouth Institute present the second “Truth, Goodness, and Beauty” event on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. All proceeds will help Servants of Christ for Life stop abortions in Rhode Island. The keynote speaker will be Dr. John Bruchalski, a doctor from Virginia who performed abortions, prescribed contraception and promoted in-vitro-fertilization for years. Hear about his former life dedicated to the ‘Culture of Death’ and his miraculous conversion to the Catholic Church. Catholic School Alumni to meet for Mass and fellowship at Cathedral

PROVIDENCE — Catholic School Alumni will come together for Mass dedicated to the souls of deceased principals, teachers and fellow alumni of all opened and closed Catholic elementary schools, on Sunday, Nov. 6, 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul.
