WARWICK — Salve Regina University’s Office of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education will hold an open house on Wednesday, March 27, from 4-6 p.m. at its Center for Adult Education located at 144 Metro Center Blvd. Prospective graduate students are invited to meet one-on-one with the program directors for Salve’s Ph.D., master’s and continuing education programs, as well as with representatives from admissions and financial aid.
“Salve Regina’s graduate programs are in an exciting period of growth and expansion,” said Dr. Tobias Stapleton, dean of graduate studies and continuing education. “We introduced a fully online Ph.D. in international relations, a master of science in nursing (MSN), a master of fine arts in creative writing (MFA), and an online RN to BS in nursing (RN-BSN) program in the past year alone. All of our programs are affordable, accredited and taught by faculty who are not only scholars but practitioners as well.”
Salve Regina confers 17 advanced degrees in addition to its robust undergraduate degree offerings. The advanced degrees include three doctorates – humanities, international relations and nursing – and 14 master’s degrees in the areas of administration of justice and homeland security, business, mental health and substance abuse counseling, international relations, healthcare administration, leadership, and nursing. All of the graduate programs are designed to accommodate working adults, with classes held online or in the evenings.

In addition to advanced degrees, Salve offers 24 certificate of graduate studies (CAGS) programs – earned after 12 credits – in a range of concentrations, including business, Catholic school leadership, cybersecurity and forensics, human resources, leadership, nonprofit management, expressive and creative arts, entrepreneurship and counseling.
