St. Margaret School in East Providence recently held a “Baby Shower for Mary” to benefit the diocesan St. Gabriel’s Call. Students collected baby toiletries, bottles, clothing, diapers and many other items. During the shower, eighth graders read poems they wrote to be shared with the prospective parents. Students also played games including “Guess who’s baby pictures these are” with staff and student baby pictures. Above, student council members with some of the baby items.
